General Information:
• This auction is conducted by SSE Specialised Stage Engineering Trading as Nick Rowland Auctions in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• No sales tax or GST applies to successful bidders as the auction operates on a GST-inclusive basis.
• A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the final auction price for all successful bids.
Bidding and Ownership:
• The highest bidder shall be determined by the auctioneer on the fall of the hammer.
• Providing your bidding number or having your name registered confirms your purchase and binds you to the lot.
• The auctioneer's decision is final in case of any bidding disputes the Auctioneer may reopen bidding or re offer lots sale.
• The Auctioneer has the right to refuse bids or bid on behalf of clients
Risk and Responsibility:
• It is the Bidder's responsibility to investigate the authenticity and condition of intended purchases.
• All purchased items are the buyer's responsibility.
• The Auctioneer is not responsible for any damage or loss to items after the sale.
Online Bidding:
• Nick Rowland Auctions is not liable for any technical issues or missed bids while using online bidding platforms.
• Prompt payment by bank card or bank transfer is required within 4 days of the auction's completion.
• All purchased lots must be paid for before delivery.• Nick Rowland Auctions offer in house packing and posting services for items acceptable to Australia Post.
• Shipping costs, packing materials, and any insurance are billed separately.
• A minimum $15 Packing fee applies to all parcels.
• Alternatively, Nick Rowland Auctions can accommodate other Courier services at the Buyers discretion.
• All items must be removed with 7 days of the Sale.
• Nick Rowland Auction strives for accurate descriptions, but all items are sold "as is."
• It is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee) to determine the item's condition. Defects and repairs will be specifically mentioned.
